Turkish Mortgages

At last Non residents from out side of Turkey can now get a turkish mortgage for properties they wish to purchase here.

The System was introduced last April to Turkish people and they have rolled it out to non turkish nationals now.

Bodrum Real Estate Agents

From past experience I have taken hundred of trips out with all different type of agents and decide that if this was the way the treat customers no wonder they purchased properties. Usually because they were emotionally conned. 'this is the only one left and I have two people interested so if you'd like it I need a resevation payment today, I know you wife really liked it' o god how many time I have heard this. Luckily my wife was in on this and we didn't get take the bait. Better yet I have sold some of these properties recently and guess what there are still four or more left available. Surprise surprise!!!!!

The advise I can give you is If you find the home of your dream negociate the price there and then. Don't go home and think it over as you will find it's gone. Don't compromise on your Dream Home. Use a good lawyer get one before you leave. Not one recommended by the Builder. He usually work for the builder and puts their customer first.

And the best advise is use my services as I will be upfront with everything.
