There are now Beach front restaurants available for European people to rent and establish new and inovative ideas here in Bodrum.
I have recently taken on 5 restaurants for long term rental in and around the bodrum region and I am recieving a lot of enquiries from Europeans who have some great ideas for cuisines and customer services. Obviously I won't divulge any of these.
Bodrum is the main area that the Turkish jet set come to over the summer along with (it would seem) half of Istabul, Izmir and Ankara professionals to holiday. These are all use to varied comopolitan life styles with varied foods from around the world. These people are looking for that some thing different to wine and dine their friends and family.
