Usually because they were emotionally conned. 'this is the only one left and I have two people interested so if you'd like it I need a resevation payment today, I know you wife really liked it' o god how many time I have heard this. Luckily my wife was in on this and we didn't get take the bait. Better yet I have sold some of these properties recently and guess what there are still four or more left available. Surprise surprise!!!!!<br /><br />The advise I can give you is <strong><em>If you find the home of your dream negociate the price there and then. Don't go home and think it over as you will find it's gone. Don't compromise on your Dream Home. Use a good lawyer get one before you leave. Not one recommended by the Builder.
